The Columbia County Department of Health’s 2025 rabies vaccination clinic schedule is here! Clinics are for dogs, cats and ferrets at least 3 months of age.
Rabies vaccination clinics are scheduled as follows:
Saturday, May 10th @ 50 Grandinetti Drive, Ghent, NY 12075 from 10am-12pm
Thursday, June 12th @ 182 Hudson Ave, Chatham, NY 12037 from 4pm-6pm
Saturday, September 6th @ 50 Palatine Park Rd, Germantown, NY 12526 from 10am-12pm
Saturday, October 4th @ 305 Mt. View Rd, Copake, NY 12516 from 10am-12pm
Pre-registration is required. Please call our office at (518) 828-3358 or check back for a registration link closer to the scheduled event. Registration links will be available 1 month before the start of each clinic.

 

 

 

Rabies Clinic 5/10/2025

The Columbia County Department of Health will be having a FREE drive-thru rabies clinic on Saturday, May 10th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the PJ Keeler Columbia County Emergency Services Response and Training Facility (50 Grandinetti Dr, Ghent, NY 12075).

This clinic is for cats, dogs and ferrets at least 3 months of age. Donations are not required but will be accepted and appreciated to help offset the cost of the vaccine. Animal breeders MUST use their own Veterinarian for rabies vaccines.
Registration is required. Please register in advance by using the link below, or scan the QR code on the attached flyer. Alternatively, you can call the Columbia County Department of Health at (518) 828-3358.
Please bring proof of prior rabies vaccine with you on the day of the clinic. This will ensure that you get a proper expiration date for the animal.
